Corporate Information
Faire Holdings Sdn Bhd (“FHSB”) is incorporated on the 6th of May 2020 as part of a corporate restructuring exercise conducted by the group of companies to streamline and synergise the operations of its subsidiaries to achieve higher efficiency in the real estate industry with the view of diversifying into other industries in the future.
The main shareholders of FHSB are Sin Soon Lee Realty Company (M) Sendirian Berhad and Ban Lan Sdn Bhd, both companies are in the real estate development business for 50 years, and founded by the late Dato’ Lim Kim Chong.
The Group’s current businesses include real estate development, construction, renovation, machinery leasing, human resource, real estate agency, and education.
Under the leadership of the Group’s managing director, Mr Lim Tiong Heng (“Kenneth”), the Group is constantly exploring new ventures to compliment the current businesses and to expand into other industries.

- With more than 20 years of experience, Ir. Fu has designed municipal water treatment plants projects and directly involved in industrial ultra-pure and waste water treatment plants in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore.
- Ir. Fu further participated in residential and commercial building, infrastructure and industrial projects and has worked with several companies which two of them are public listed on the Singapore stock exchange.
